Not everybody likes to go to the doctor to find out what is wrong with them, not when they feel they are able to make a self diagnosis at home. So if someone believes they may be suffering from allergies, just what sign and

symptoms would they be looking for? Well, there are a few common sign and symptoms of allergies, that one should keep a look out for.

When someone has an allergic reaction to something, they are most likely going to show mild to moderate symptoms of allergies. A severe reaction is possible and is very dangerous, however, they are less likely to occur.

Mild symptoms include itchy, watery eyes, maybe a little red in them, some chest congestion and possible a rash.

Moderate symptoms include itchy, watery eyes that are a little red and puffy, chest congestion, a rash, hard to breath and the feeling that a section of your body it itching.

Severe symptoms include difficulty in breathing, upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting, swelling, loss of consciousness, feeling dizzy and painful cramps.

Mild and moderate case can be taken care of at home with ease, however if at any time breathing become a struggle, then a doctors needs to be seen or if the symptoms get worse. Sever allergic reaction cases should seek medical help as soon as they can. There are many cases where a sever reaction has resulted in death, because of lack of medical help, so if you are not sure, go to the doctor, do not wait.
